About T'ai Chi Ch'uan

T'ai Chi Ch'uan is an internal martial art that has been practiced for centuries in China. The art encompasses a series of fluid, circular and deliberate movements that initiate from ones center of balance and extends and expresses itself to the furthest points of the body.

The relaxed movements of T'ai Chi are like the waves of an ocean. They push and merge into one another creating a continuous flow of energy, seemingly with no beginning and no end.
